Ki9 Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide to Using the Platform

1. Introduction & Definitions

Ki9 (ki9.onl) is an online betting platform providing sports betting services to users in Bangladesh and select regions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between ki9 and its users.

2. Account Registration & Management

To bet on ki9, you must create a valid account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.

• Each individual may hold a maximum of one ki9 account.
• Your account login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
• Ki9 accepts no liability for unauthorized access to your account.
• Accounts may not be transferred to a third party.
• Ki9 reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration.

After registration, you may be required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) process by submitting a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be restricted without completed KYC.

3. Age Requirement & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to bet on ki9. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. Protecting minors from gambling is one of ki9's highest priorities.

• An age declaration must be submitted at the time of registration.
• Ki9 may request age verification documents at any time.
• Providing a false age will result in account closure and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing underage family members from accessing the platform.

If ki9 suspects an account holder is a minor, the account will be temporarily suspended pending verification.

4. Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on ki9. All bets are considered final once confirmed and cannot generally be changed.

• If a match is cancelled before the scheduled time, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change in real time; they are not confirmed until a bet is accepted.

• Minimum bet: ৳100; maximum bet varies by sport and event.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided.

In an accumulator bet, if one selection is voided, its odds are set to 1.00 and the remaining selections stay active. However, if all selections are from the same event, the bet is generally rejected.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Ki9 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), except for USDT.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method through which the deposit was made (general rule).
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 10–30 minutes, though KYC verification or security reviews may take longer.
• Ki9 complies with anti-money laundering laws. Any suspicious transactions will be investigated.

Ki9 does not charge any transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.

• Opening an account using someone else's information.
• Using ki9 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
